Concept Images

The concept images provided on this website page and within the Master Plan Report are part of a blocking exercise. A blocking exercise is an early-stage planning activity used during the development of a master plan to explore how different types of park features and spaces might be generally arranged across a site. It's big-picture thinking. Think of it like moving around building blocks to test layout ideas without worrying yet about the fine details.

This step helps planners test out ideas and get community feedback before moving into detailed design. The concept images provided on this website page and within the Master Plan Report are not final and are still subject to change within the design phase.
