Road Closures and Restrictions

INDOT Beginning 56th St. Bridge Repair on March 7

There will be lane restrictions in effect on C.R. 600 N. (56th St.) between Dale Schrier Drive and Wild Ridge Boulevard, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

The restrictions will last through the end of March, weather permitting.

E. C.R. 700 N./E. Garner Rd. Road Closure Through 2024

During construction, E. C.R. 700 N. will receive water and sewer upgrades. Road improvements will begin in the spring by INDOT. In addition, the railroad crossing will receive safety improvements.

E. C.R. 700 N./E. Garner Rd., from Arbor Springs Dr. to N. C.R. 900 E., will be closed on or after the week of February 12. However, the road will remain open for local traffic.

The road will be closed through the second quarter of 2024.

View the attached map link for the official detour map using N. Green St. to E. C.R. 600 N./56th St. to N. C.R. 1000 E.

The detour route has changed due to upcoming construction by Hendricks County to extend Ronald Reagan Parkway. The construction zone is noted on the detour map in purple. Questions regarding the Ronald Reagan Parkway extension can be directed to Hendricks County.

N. C.R. 900 E. will remain open until Hendricks County closes it. There is no definitive closure date at this time.
