Throughout his tenure on the Police Commission, Ray served as both President and Vice President, consistently guiding the commission with integrity and purpose. His involvement extended far beyond meetings—Ray participated in numerous Interview Boards and contributed his expertise as a member of the Hendricks County Health Partnership.
