  • Town streets are considered public property and are free for anyone to use if on-street parking is permitted. If a car is parked on a street that has a "No Parking" sign, please report it to the Brownsburg Police non-emergency number at 317-852-1109.

  • Boats, trailers, RVs, and other pull-behind vehicles are required to be parked on a paved surface at the side or rear of the home. No part of the vehicle may extend past the home’s front façade. Parking on the street or in a driveway that extends past the front of the home is not permitted except for loading and unloading purposes not exceeding six days. At no time should a stored RV or camper be used for living or sleeping. Your Homeowners Association may have more restrictions.

You may request additional time if progress is being made. However, some problems are serious and may require immediate correction. Ignoring the notice may result in fines and penalties.
