Emergency Medical Services Billing Information

    The EMS Accounts office is located within the Brownsburg Fire Territory Headquarters & Training Facility at 470 E. Northfield Drive in Brownsburg , IN.   The regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm, excluding holidays.  The mailing address and phone number to reach this office is located below.

   All patients, who are transported to the hospital by a Brownsburg Fire Territory ambulance, will receive an Invoice for Services.  It is the Brownsburg Fire Territory ’s policy to file claims to Medicare and Medicaid only.  The patient is responsible for insurance filing in all other instances.

   The Brownsburg Fire Territory does not file to private insurance.  Each patient is provided with an Invoice for services and a Health Insurance Claim Form to submit to private insurance.  If Medicare does not forward a patient’s claim to their supplemental insurance, if will be the patient’s responsibility to file the Health Insurance Claim Form provided.
